1. General Refund Policy

Refunds are available only under certain conditions, as detailed below. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@mirpuroverseasit.co.uk.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Digital Services (e.g., Website Design, SEO, Software Development)

  • A full refund may be issued if the service has not yet begun.
  • A partial refund may be granted if the service has started but is not yet complete.
  • No refunds will be issued for work that has been completed.

Subscription-Based Services

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time; however, no refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle.

3. Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Work that has already been delivered and approved by the client.
  • Costs incurred from third parties on behalf of the client.
  • Delays in project completion due to the client’s failure to provide necessary information or feedback.

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days back to the original payment method. We are not liable for any delays caused by banks or payment processors.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a payment dispute without prior communication with us, we reserve the right to contest the chargeback and may pursue legal action.
